Hosted by our Solutions Services and Drake Training Academy divisions, our webinar series focuses on a wide range of trending topics. We also link our Talent Management and Talent Acquisition Services to our content to provide insight as to how these services can assist you and your business, during these times of change.

Our 2023 webinar topics include:

It is much broader than its predecessor in that it not only deals with sexual harassment but violence and psychological harm perpetrated in the name of race, ethnicity or social origin.

New obligations exist for employers to ensure that they do everything reasonably expected of them to keep their employees safe from this sort of behaviour. This requires employers to conduct an audit of their respective workplaces to determine areas of risk.

On completion of the audit, employers need to draft a policy or amend an existing policy which is specific to the business.

In the development of a policy, your employees need to be trained in respect of its application.

Victims and perpetrators extend beyond the confines of the employment relationship and the company premises.

We have also developed a programme that goes beyond ensuring compliance. We feel strongly that training on the content of a policy on harassment is unlikely to result in a real long-term change that transcends mere compliance in the workplace. Through our programme, we believe we can help develop “communities of practice” within the business where a real sense of understanding can begin to unfold and to the extent that it impacts positively communities beyond that of work.

Join us, Wednesday, 25 January 2023 at 12:00 for a free webinar where Dave Pattle and Gillian Logiotis will walk you through the basics of compliance as well as how we can help your organisation thrive!
